Zusammenfassung:	A decubitus prevention bed is provided, which prevents generation of decubitus by relieving pressure generated between a patient and a bed effectively and making flow of blood smooth. A decubitus prevention bed comprises: a piston equipped with an air cylinder fixed to one side of the frame(1) upper end; an anchoring bolt fixed to a screw formed in the upper end of the piston while coinciding a hole formed at the center of both ends of the top assistant plate(4) with air cylinders in the longitudinal direction; and an anchoring bolt for fixing a hole formed at both ends of the top assistant plate(5).
