COATING APPARATUS OF COMPRESSOR SWASH PLATE AND COATING METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus and a method for coating a swash plate of a compressor are provided to uniformly apply paint onto a swash plate having complex shape such as counter weight and arm, and to reduce a coating time. An apparatus(100) for coating a swash plate of a compressor comprises a control main body(110), a swash plate rotating unit(130) which rotates a swash plate(8) by an operation of the control main body, a nozzle(152) which sprays paint onto the surface of the swash plate, and a nozzle transfer unit(150) which transfers the nozzle. The nozzle consists of a supply part connected to the nozzle transfer unit, and a blade part extended from the supply part. The supply part has a paint supply hole. The blade part includes an upper blade which sprays paint onto the upper surface of the swash plate, and a lower blade which sprays a paint onto the lower surface of the swash plate.
