Zusammenfassung:A cyber apartment selling method is provided to sell cyber apartments to an actual owner or occupant based on the linkage with the real apartment complex, and distinguish the cyber apartment with a real apartment address. A server(100) stores a basic frame of a cyber apartment corresponding to the real apartment complex which an administrator of the server inputs, confirms whether a user(200) connecting to the server is the actual owner or occupant of the real apartment for the sale of the cyber apartment, and then generates/sells the cyber apartment corresponding to the real apartment to the actual owner or occupant. The user decorates his/her cyber apartment by inputting additional information.
