NEW METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ORAL SOLID DOSAGE FORM CONTAINING VALSARTAN

A method for manufacturing a solid drug for oral administration of valsartan which is an active ingredient is provided to improve the formation of granule and easily produce the solid drug. A solid drug for oral administration comprises valsartan or pharmaceutically acceptable salt and activator and additive. A method for manufacturing the solid drug for oral administration containing the valsartan comprises: a step of mixing the valsartan, microcrystalline cellulose, low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose; a step of adding the mixture with mixing solvent and stirring at 120 rpm~1500 rpm; a step of drying at 50°C for 14 hours; a step of filtering with 20 mesh; a step of mixing colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate for five minutes; and a step of making the mixture to tablet.
