Zusammenfassung:	An intelligent cable connector enabling PLC/PTC of underground power distribution line is provided to increase the reliability of a product and reduce the installation cost by embedding a coupler in an insulating body through insertion formation. An insulating body unit(10) is formed by an insulating material such as a natural rubber and a synthetic rubber. The outer portion of the insulating body is surrounded by a shielding layer(11) through a protecting material made of a semi-conductive material. A coupler(50) is coupled to the insulating body unit in an inlet portion of a ground power distribution cable(100). The coupler transmits a signal through a wireless PLC modem and measures voltage and current.
