Zusammenfassung:A phosphorous recovering system and a phosphorous recovering method using the same are provided to collect phosphorus from wastewater, and to improve utility of the wastewater efficiently. A phosphorous recovering system includes a biological reaction unit(100), a first membrane separation unit(200), and a first precipitation unit(300). The biological reaction unit includes an anaerobic tank(110), an anoxic chamber(120), and an aeration tank(130) etc. The first membrane separation unit separates slurry in effluent including excess phosphorous coming from the anaerobic tank. The first precipitation unit precipitates and coagulates the phosphorus included in treated water. The first membrane separation unit is a vortex generation membrane separating unit. The phosphorus recovery system further includes a second precipitation unit(400).
