Zusammenfassung:A search modeling system using a face index and a method thereof are provided to calculate a face index by determining an image parameter from an image, thereby reflecting the calculated face index to search modeling. A parameter determiner(102) detects a face area from an image included in a document. The parameter determiner determines at least one image parameter from an attribute of the face area. A face index calculator(105) calculates a face index by using one or more image parameters. The face index calculator reflects the calculated face index to search modeling. A database(101) stores at least one document including an image.
