Zusammenfassung: | A probe unit for nuclear magnetic resonance is provided to detect chemical reaction generated in a boundary surface between the fluid and the solid by arranging the metallic catalyst on a separation film assembly. A case has an opened receiving space in one side. A first conductive material(200) is positioned in the receiving space and has a first groove where the fluid flows in one side. A second conductive material(300) is positioned in the receiving space to face the first conductive material. The second conductive material has a second groove where the fluid flows in the side facing the one side of the first conductive material. A separation film assembly(400) is positioned between the first conductive material and the second conductive material. The separation film assembly limits the first fluid path guiding the flow of the fluid with the first groove and the second fluid path guiding the flow of the fluid with the second groove. A sensing magnetic filed is formed by applying the RF current between the first conductive material and the second conductive material. |
