Zusammenfassung:An oil impregnated vitrified grinding wheel is provided to improve the lubricating effect and prevent weld or loading by dipping oil into the vitrified bonded wheel. An oil impregnated vitrified grinding wheel comprises a grinding particle or a vitrified bonded wheel organization in which the grinding particle is combined by inorganic binder(20). The vitrified bonded wheel organization has the air gap inside. The oil including solid lubricant in the inner void of the vitrified bonded wheel organization is dipped and hardened(28). The grinding particle is the diamond grinding particle or the CBN(cubic boron nitride) grinding particle. The solid lubricant is the graphite. In the range of 1~80 weight% the solid lubricant is included about resin.
