NON STRETCHED POLARIZED FILM, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND POLARIZED PLATE USING THE SAME

A non stretched polarized film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a polarizing plate using the same are provided to improve reliability and stability by applying the polarization by orienting the dichromatic dye to a friction direction on a base surface made of plastic material. A polarizing membrane containing dichromatic dye is formed on a base surface comprised of a plastic sheet. The polarization is given by orienting the polarizing membrane to the frictional direction of the dichromatic dye. The plastic sheet is blending resin including one resin or more selected from the group made of PC, PET, PPT, PEN, PETG, PMMA, PI, PAR, and silicon resin.
