A leather mattress cover for bedding is provided, which removes the habitat of the house dust mite, prevents damage of respiratory or the skin disease, and makes cleaning and administration facilitated. A leather mattress cover for bedding comprises: a leather outer cover(22) in which the whole cover is made of leather while surrounding the mattress of bedclothes(10); a mattress receiving chamber(24) which is formed in order to surround the mattress of bedclothes inside the leather outer cover; a mattress input hole(26) for putting the mattress of bedclothes into the mattress receiving chamber; an opening and closing member installed at the leather outer cover to make the mattress input hole opened and closed; and an air outflow hole(23) which is formed in the in the leather outer cover to make exit and entrance of the air possible.
