Zusammenfassung:A sliding shoulder-safeguard is provided, which effectively disperses load of backpack, reduces fatigue, and is not restricted by the other shoulder length and shoulder figure. A sliding shoulder-safeguard comprises: a main member(10) in which a combining aperture(12) is formed into pair and the seating groove(14) which caves in order to receive the neck of man to one side; a sliding member(20) which is formed in the main member both sides and is length-controlled to the left and right; and a protection member(30) equipped in lower surface of the main member and the sliding member. The sliding member comprises the jaw(32) in one side.
