Zusammenfassung:A phone call bell volume controlling device adaptable for a user and ambient noise and a method thereof are provided to control the sound volume of the call bell. A neighboring noise measurement unit(101) measures the size of the ambient noise for the delay time. An amplification coefficient calculation unit(102) uses the size of the ambient noise by using a gain factor about the ring tone signal adaptable for the ambient noise. A ing-back tone generator(103) generates bell sound adaptable for the ambient noise and uses the ring tone signal amplification coefficient is generated.
