A genre classifying unit generates genre classification standards classifying the extracted feature vectors. A genre classification taxonomy generating unit(130) arranges the extracted feature vectors in a node indicating a specific genre by using the generated genre classification standards. The genre classification taxonomy generating unit generates produces genre classification taxonomy. A training unit(140) trains the generated genre classification taxonomy by using data for test.
