Zusammenfassung:	A turnover device using the opening and closing of a frame and a turning roller is provided to steadily turn over a large construction fixed to the frame by rotating the frame using a plurality of turning rollers. A turnover device comprises a bottom frame(110), an top frame(120), an opening/closing part(130), and a plurality of turning roller(140). A space in which the large construction having a hollow structure is placed is located at the upper end part of the bottom frame. A second space covering the upper part of the large construction is formed at the top frame. The outer circumference of the bottom and top frame is semicircular shape. The opening/closing part opens and closes a frame(F) by rotating the top frame. A plurality of turning roller is arranged on the lower part of the bottom frame and connected to the outer circumference of the bottom frame. A plurality of turning rollers rotates frame in order to turn over the large construction fixed to the frame.
