Zusammenfassung:	A method and an apparatus for catching and using the heat are provided, which enable to catch and recycle the heat of the low level. A method for catching and using the heat comprises: a step of heating the water of the recycling system using the heat generated by condenser(20) and/or cooling device(26) employed in the production of the hard olefinic feedstock; a step for pumping the heated water of the recycling system into the reboiler for the propane-propylene fractionator; a step of providing indirect heating for the reboiler(14) of the C3 stripper or the propane-propylene fractionator; and a step of returning to condenser and/or cooling device from the C3 stripper or the propane-propylene fractionator.
