Zusammenfassung:	A website for distributing and sharing a user-created mobile web service and a mobile site are provided to expand a mobile web user layer through a portable phone by mobile services through collective intelligence. A user can uploads and simulates a made mobile service on a web page and directly utilize the mobile contents and service on a mobile site. The user can upload files related to the mobile service in the My Space. The My Space is a server space and a database space required for making a UCS(User Create Service). The completed UCS can be introduced to the other users through the service registration. The registered UCS can be used by the other users.
