Zusammenfassung:	A composition for treating immune related diseases is provided to suppress the expression of MMP-2 or MMP-9 and treat inflammation by oxidative stress. A composition for treating immune related diseases comprises Diospyros kaki Thunb. Extract or tannin as an active ingredient. The immune related diseases are selected among atopic dermatitis, asthma or rhinitis. The Diospyros kaki Thunb. Extract or tannin has the effect of suppressing the expression of MMP-2 or MMP-9. A method for manufacturing Diospyros kaki Thunb. Extract containing the tannin as an active ingredient comprises: a step of smashing the Diospyros kaki Thunb.; a step of extracting with low alcohol of C3-6, water, low organic acid of C3-6, low alcohol ester of C3-6, low ketone of C3-6 and halogenated hydrocarbon of C3-6; and a step of collecting extract.
