Zusammenfassung:	A skin soluble touch film is provided to dip high content of active ingredient in needed site with concentrated and proper amount of ingredient. A skin soluble touch film which is dissolved by film resolving agent on the skin has applicable for on specific site and comprises: 100 weight part of touch film forming polymer; 0.1-50 weight part of gelling agent, 0.1-40 weight part of plasticizer; and 0.001-40 weight part% of active ingredient based on total weight of the touch film. The water content of the touch film is less than 50 weight% and thickness is 1-5,000um. The skin soluble touch film is resolved at 1~70‹C within 0.1~100 seconds. The skin soluble touch film (2) in which active ingredient is dipped is formed on a stripping film (1).
