Zusammenfassung:	An outdoor unit of air-conditioner is provided to minimize the resonance between the flow from the fan and the flow guide, and to reduce the amplitude of vibration of the flow guider. An outdoor unit of air-conditioner includes a flow guider(130) for guiding the ejected air. The flow guider is composed of an outlet peripheral part(131) in which an outlet(131a) is formed, a fixing plate(135) supporting the outlet peripheral part, a stabilizer(134) located between the fixing plate and the outlet peripheral part, and a reinforcing plate(132) supporting the outlet peripheral part and the fixing plate.
