Zusammenfassung:An antigen for diagnosing infectious bursal disease (IBC) through gene recombination using vaculovirus is provided to detect specific antibody and safely and quickly produce vaccine. A recombinant expression vector comprises structure protein VP2 gene(sequence number1) of infectious bursal disease (IBD) virus. The virus is IBD virus strain (IBDV kr/D62/06). An IBD virus VP2 recombinant protein rIBDVP2[recombinant Infectious Bursal Disease VP2] is produced by infecting a recombinant baculo virus in an insect cell. An antigen for diagnosing IBD is a peptide in which IBD virus structure protein VP2 gene(sequence number 1) is expressed or its partial peptide. The diagnosis is performed through a test by agar gel immune diffusion.
