Zusammenfassung:	A conductive coating material is provided to improve adhesion between a base polymer sheet and a conductive layer and to produce an unstretched conductive sheet with excellent durability and chemical resistance. A conductive coating material is such that conductive polymer 30~55 weight% and water soluble polycarbonate binder resin 4~10 weight% are diluted in solvent. The water soluble polycarbonate binder resin is prepared by dissolving solid content 5~40 weight% of polycarbonate polyol having number average molecular weight 800~10,000 in the mixed solvent. The unstretched conductive sheet comprises a conductive layer formed by applying a conductive coating material to the base polymer sheet.
