Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for offering the IP mobility in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to offer a service continuously by establishing a dynamic routing path as guaranteeing the continuity of the service when a mobile node moves. A system for providing the IP mobility in a wireless communication system comprises a home agent(302) and a gateway(304). The home agent receives the first binding update request message from a new external agent(306), transmits a binding deletion request message to the previous external agent, bounded with a mobile node(310), and the gateway when the amount of load is smaller than a threshold value, and then requests to cancel the tunneling with the mobile node. In case of receiving a binding deletion request message from the home agent while the gateway is performing the tunneling to the mobile node together with the previous external agent, the gateway cancels the tunneling.
