Zusammenfassung:	A user adaptive image photographing apparatus and a control method thereof for providing an interface learning the reaction of a user about the input image are provided to take a picture of the image of high definition by converting a parameter controlling rule according to a user preference. A display unit(700) outputs input image. A user interface unit(800) extracts the video information from the outputted input image. A rule controller changes the video information by using the information learned by the user. An image processing chain unit(600) stores the input image with the refreshable by using the changed video information. A user input recognizer of the user interface recognizes clearly the input of the user about the picture quality rank of the input image.
