Zusammenfassung:	A control device of a motor of an air conditioner and a control method thereof are provided to drive the motor stably by varying operation frequency of the electric motor according to temperature. A control device of a motor of an air conditioner includes a converter, an inverter, a temperature detecting part, and a control part. The converter convert commercial AC source into a DC source. The inverter includes a plurality of switching elements. The inverter supplies the power source to the motor. The temperature detecting part detects temperature of the electric motor. The control part controls the motor with predetermined frequency.
