Zusammenfassung:	A grommet capable of contracting easily is provided to insert the insertion groove into the through-hole of the diaphragm because the grommet body easily contracts and restores again by property of material. A grommet(100) capable of contracting easily comprises a body(110), a front pipe(117), a rear pipe(119), an insertion groove(114). In the body, a space is formed, wherein an incline(113) is formed in the front side thereof. The front pipe is integrated the front side of body wherein the incline is formed. The rear pipe is integrated with the rear side of the body and is connected to the space. The insertion groove is inserted in the through-hole of the diaphragm.
