Zusammenfassung: | A thin film type solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a short in a unit cell by forming a first auxiliary isolator in the outermost front electrode or a second auxiliary isolator in the outermost rear electrode. A plurality of front electrodes(200) are separated on a substrate while interposing a first isolator. A plurality of semiconductor layers(300) are separated on a front electrode while interposing a contact electrode. A plurality of rear electrodes(500) are connected to the front electrode through the contact part and are separated while interposing the second isolator. A main isolator is formed in a front electrode, a semiconductor layer, and a rear electrode in an outermost part among a plurality of front electrodes, semiconductor layers, and rear electrodes. The auxiliary isolator is formed in at least one of the outermost front electrode and rear electrode inside the main isolator. The auxiliary isolator is comprised of a first auxiliary isolator and a second auxiliary isolator. |
