A female connector unit(30) is coupled to a male connector unit(10), and a level unit(50) connects to a male connector or a female connector. A coupling unit(70) confirms the connection or separation state between the male connector and the female connector. A signal transmitting unit(75) transmits the connection or separation state to an external controller.
