DIGITAL ELECTRONIC PICTURE FRAME AND APPLICATION METHOD THEREOF

A digital electronic picture frame and an application method thereof are provided to prevent the unnecessary power consumption by being turned on only when a person is placed near the frame. A human body sensor(106) outputs fine vibration voltage by reacting on the thermal infrared ray radiated from a human body, and a comparator(109) compares the vibration voltage with the reference voltage. If the vibration voltage is over the reference voltage, the comparator converts the vibration voltage into a signal of a TTL level. A controller(110) controls the power on/off of the distal electronic picture frame based on the information provided from the human body sensor.
