Zusammenfassung:	A controllability improving apparatus of construction equipment is provided to improve controllability of the construction equipment because the drive cylinder prevents the starting time from being extended. A controllability improving apparatus of construction equipment comprises a directional control valve(20) which controls flow direction of the working fluid discharged from the main pump(10) and transfers it to a drive cylinder(40), and a controllability improving valve(30) which is installed in the downstream center bypass line(11b) and varies the return pathway cross-sectional area of the downstream center bypass line.
