Zusammenfassung:	A pilot type relief valve is provided to minutely control the time for closing the valve after the pressure adjustment and pressure drop of the relief valve by controlling the elasticity of a spring using an adjusting bolt. A pilot type relief valve comprises: a supporting shaft(170) supporting an upper part of a transfer port body(151) of a transfer port(150), accepted in a first container of a valve body; a bottom-supporting plate(180) installed on the top of the system, having a first fix protrusion(183) circularly protruding to the top; a spring elastically supporting the top of the bottom-supporting plate; a top support plate(210) having a second fix protrusion(213) com at a lower part; an adjusting bolt(220) supporting the top of the upper support plate and controlling the elastic force of the spring; a fixing nut(230) fixing the adjusting bolt to not be rotated by connecting on the top of the adjusting bolt; and an inflow control valve(300) controlling the inflow of the liquid or the gas flowed in the first container of the valve body.
