HEAT RADIATING PLATE STORAGE TRAY

A heat sink storage tray is provided to prevent a flange from contacting an upper part of a storage tray by forming the height of a plurality of first protrusions larger than the depth of a concave part of the heat sink. A heat sink storage tray(6a,6b) includes a plate body and a plurality of first protrusions(9a,9b). The plurality of first protrusions are formed in a first surface of the plate body. A heat sink(100) is mounted on a first surface of the plate body. The heat sink is comprised of a concave part(130), an inner sidewall part(150), an outer sidewall part(170), and a flange(120). An upper part of the first protrusion supports the bottom of the concave part. The height of the first protrusion is greater than the depth of the concave part of the heat sink. The first protrusion has an extension part. The extension part is extended in a parallel direction to the plane of the plane body.
