Zusammenfassung:	A separation prevention system, a sliding door equipped with a separation prevention system, and a guide rail equipped with a locking device are provided to prevent the separation of a sliding door when vertical force to the traveling direction of a sliding door occurs while a sliding door is closed, and to open and close a sliding door smoothly by minimizing frictional force while traveling. A separation prevention system(2) of a sliding door moves along a guide rail forming a sill, and contains two support plates(21,24) installed parallel, insertion plates(22,23) inserted and installed to be spaced out from each other between the two support plates to keep the distance between the two support plates, a shaft(25) installed to the space between the insertion plates to cross the support plates, and a separation prevention plate provided with a straight long hole where the shaft passes through to move up and down or rotate on the shaft.
