The fixtures couple the pallets to the fixed frame. The culture box is placed on each pallet of the block structure. The flowerpots are received in the culture box. The flowerpots have submerged plants planted in soil filled in the flowerpots. The clamping members guide the block structures such that the block structures are placed on the clamping members and the block structures are joined with one another.
