Zusammenfassung:	A spot welding apparatus is provided to improve performance of connection by making structure capable of applying a resistance point welding mode and a friction stir spot welding mode. A spot welding apparatus comprises the followings: a welding tool(11) contacting with a material to be processed; a first electrode(12) pressurizing the material, and made of a conductive material authorizing a current delivered from outside with a through-hole; and a second electrode separated from the first electrode, and located on a pressurization direction of the first electrode.
