Zusammenfassung:	A power value control module and a solar panel employing the same are provided to enable a power value controlling operation to be directly delivered in a wide operation temperature range and to efficiently control the power generated in the solar panel to operate a main controller of the solar panel safely. A power value control module(200) is composed of a temperature comparison controller and a main controller. The temperature comparison controller(210) compares the temperature value measured by a solar panel with the predetermined reference temperature value. The main controller(220) controls the power value of the solar panel(100) when the measured temperature value is out of the reference temperature value.
