Zusammenfassung:	A method for refining molten metal of stainless steel is provided to decrease blowing time of the molten metal by supplying oxygen gas using top blowing. A method for refining molten metal of stainless steel comprises the following steps of: injecting oxygen gas into a refining furnace(100) to refine carbon and nitrogen among molten metal(110); injecting inert gas into the molten metal; injecting inert gas into the molten metal by decreasing blowing amount of the oxygen gas; and injecting the inert gas into the molten metal while ceasing blowing of the oxygen gas.
