Zusammenfassung: | A water dispersible coating composition is provided to improve the dry and wet tensile strength, tear strength and performance balance of the heat resistant fabrics. A water dispersible coating composition comprises (a) at least one aqueous dispersion of the copolymer particle which comprises (i) 96 ~ 99.8 weight% of at least one monoethylene-based unsaturated nonionic monomer containing no (meth)acrylamide of the component (iii), (ii) 0.1 ~ 2 weight% of a multiethylene-based unsaturated monomer, and (iii) 0.1 ~ 2 weight% of a (meth)acrylamide based on the weight of a copolymer, and contains 1 weight% or less of a self-crosslinking monomer based on the weight of a copolymer; and (b) at least one amino resin selected from the group consisting of a melamine/formaldehyde resin, a urea/formaldehyde resin, a guanamine/formaldehyde resin, a benzoguanamine/formaldehyde resin, an acetoguanamine/formaldehyde resin or their combination. The ratio of a:b is 1:99 ~ 20:80 based on the solid part of the two components. |
