Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing austenite stainless steel is provided to suppress production of high melting point inclusion in molten steel by putting in wollastonite and fluorite in refining a casting ladle and controlling the mixing intensity and time, the molten iron temperature etc. A method of manufacturing austenite stainless steel includes a step of controlling the basicity of slag to 1.5~1.9 in an AOD refining furnace, the alumina concentration in the slag to 3% or below, and the deoxidant concentration to 0.4~0.5%, and a step of reducing inclusions in molten metal inside acasting ladle. The basicity of slag in the AOD refining furnace is controlled by putting in fluorite.
