Zusammenfassung:	A hybrid touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof using a conductivity module and a spacer layer are provided to integrate the resistance equation/ conductivity touch panel according to the intention of a user. A first conductivity module(23) includes one or more electrostatic capacity type contact area with a first conductor layer having one or more first resistance equation contact area. A second conductivity module(26) includes a second conductor layer having one or more second resistance equation contact area corresponding to the first resistance equation contact area. A spacer layer is combined in the first resistance equation contact area and the second resistance equation contact area. The spacer dot of the spacer layer is arranged between the first resistance equation contact area and the second resistance equation contact area.
