Zusammenfassung: | A method is provided to manufacture ETGS-10 silicate which is replaced to ETAS-10 silicate and gallium which are replaced to a modified material of ETS-10 and titanium containing crystalline silicate. A manufacturing titanium containing crystalline silicate comprises a step for providing a reaction mixture in a water bath of which temperature is 40 °C and a step for gaining crystallization having pure ETS-10 by maintaining temperature of 150~230 °C in a range of 3~24 hours according to crystallinity of the ETS-10. The reaction mixture comprises a silica source, an alkali metal oxide source, a titanium source and water and has a ratio of SiO2/TiO2=4.5~6.0, H2O/SiO2=30~80, OH^-/SiO2=1.5~2.0 and (Na+K)/Na=1.1~1.4 based on a molar ratio. |
