Zusammenfassung:A method of controlling a motor in the failure of motor rotary angle sensors of a hybrid vehicle is provided to improve running stability of the vehicle, reduce the exhaust gas and prevent deterioration of the fuel efficiency by allowing a minimum hybrid function to be operated even in the failure mode operating conditions. A method for controlling a drive motor in the failure of motor rotary angle sensors of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a step of inputting signals of the motor rotary angle sensors and signals of engine crank angle sensors into a motor controller, a step of determining whether the motor rotary angle sensors are broken down or not from the signal input state of the motor rotary angle sensors, a step of converting the signals of the engine crank angle sensors into current location values corresponding to the motor rotary angle sensors, thereby synchronizing locations of the engine crank angle sensors, and a step of controlling the motor by busing the signals of the synchronized engine crank angle sensors.
