COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD OF ENVIRONMENTALFRIENDLY FISHING WEIGHT

A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly sinker of a fishing net, and a device for manufacturing an environmentally friendly sinker for a fishing net are provided to improve durability by forming the anticorrosive protection layer. A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly sinker for a fishing net comprises the steps of washing an iron pipe with a diameter of 0.5~10cm and a length of 1.0~10cm with an alcohol to remove the contaminant; molding the iron pipe into a sinker shape in a compression molder; sanding the molded one with the sand of 80~120 mesh to the roughness of 5~10 micrometers so as to form the micro-unevenness on the surface; washing the sanded surface with a mixture of water and an alcohol, drying it, hanging it to a hanger equipped with an elastic unit, and dipping it in a ceramic paint solution to form a protection layer having a thickness of 25~50 micrometers; naturally drying the obtained product and baking it in a kiln at 150~250°C for 15~30 min; and wrapping it with a vinyl material to stabilize the ceramic protection layer for 3~5 days.
