Zusammenfassung:	A lighting device is provided to improve convenience of use by simply controlling operation and pause of an insect exterminating unit through a power control unit. A lighting device includes a fixing main body(10), a reflective cover(20), an insect exterminating unit(30), a power control unit(40), and a mounting unit(50). The fixing main body has a stabilizer(11), a socket(12), and a lamp(13). The reflective cover is detachably installed in a bottom part of the fixing main body. The insect exterminating unit is mounted on a bottom surface of the fixing main body by the mounting unit. Through holes(14,14') are formed in the fixing main body. The power control unit is mounted on a side of the fixing main body. The power control unit is connected to the insect exterminating unit. The insect exterminating unit is an ultrasonic generation device.
