Zusammenfassung:	An electric reach-typed forklift truck having a suspension linkage gap adjustor is provided to remove a suspension linkage gap with simple manipulation of a rolling bearing washer and rolling bearing nut without removing a suspension linkage-pin. An electric reach-typed forklift truck having a suspension linkage gap adjustor comprises a suspension linkage(7), a front frame(10), a rear frame(11), a suspension linkage-pin(8), a cylindrical spacer(13), and an adjustment nut(15). One end of the suspension linkage-pin passes through the front frame and the suspension linkage, and is inserted into the rear frame. The other end of the suspension linkage-pin is fixed on the rear frame. The cylindrical spacer is inserted between the front frame and the suspension linkage-pin. The adjustment nut moves the spacer, and adjusts a gap between the front and the rear frames, and the suspension linkage.
