Zusammenfassung:A polyimide-based photosensitive polymer liquid crystal aligning agent composition, a method for fabricating a liquid crystal alignment layer and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to resolve the problems concerning low thermal stability, low orientation force, and light stability. A polyimide-based photosensitive polymer liquid crystal aligning agent composition comprises a structure of chemical formula 1 which has at least one optically active group to a side chain and uses a triazine ring as a main chain; and a polyimide-based photosensitive polymer using a triazine ring having at least one optically active group. Any one of the active groups can pass through photolysis, others can pass through Fries rearrangement, and the others can pass through photo-dimerization, photo-isomerization or photoisomerization.
