TANK FOR STEAM SHOCK-ABSORBING OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE OR HIGH-PRESSURE

A tank for absorbing high temperature/high pressure steam is provided to extend the service life of the tank body and prevent accidents and temperature increase and air contamination around the tank. A tank for absorbing high temperature/high pressure steam includes a buffering unit(A) composed of an upper wall(26) and a side wall(27). The upper wall is positioned above a steam supply line(21) in a tank body(20), and has a size smaller than the inner diameter of the tank body. The side wall is installed on the leading end of the upper wall. The high temperature/high pressure steam supplied from the steam supply line bumps against the upper wall and the side wall, and is absorbed in condensed water through a bottom opening of the buffering unit so that the temperature/pressure is lowered. The converted low temperature/low pressure steam is expelled through a steam discharge line(24) to outside.
