Zusammenfassung:A network robot and a control method for allowing the control of a user according to a condition are provided to supply a service using the robot to the user by allowing the interruption of the user according to the variation of the environment. A driving unit(312) moves a robot within a designated space. A camera unit(320) inputs the image of an intruder or an obstacle within a space. A sensor unit(318) equips each sensor sensing the intruder or the obstacle within the space. A controller controls the operation of the robot according to a manual command and converts into a user input mode. The controller determines a failure in case of the structure change of the space or robot location recognition failure.
