Zusammenfassung:A method for detecting a nucleic acid using an outside primer set, DNA-RNA-DNA hybridization primer set and DNA-RNA-DNA hybridization signal probe is provided to amplify a target nucleic acid and signal probe and quickly detect the target nucleic acid. A method for detecting a target DNA comprises: a step of degenerating a reaction mixture; a step of adding enzyme reaction mixture solution in the reaction mixture and amplifying the target DNA and signal probe; a step of detecting the target DNA using enzyme immunoreactions or side flow chromatography from a amplifying material of target DNA and signal probe. The reaction mixture comprises: a target DNA; the outside primer set containing contemporary sequence with the target DNA; and DNA-RNA-DNA hybridization primer.
