Zusammenfassung: | A method for fabricating a composite film used in a flat panel display device is provided to enlarge the deviation of optical refractive index by using cellulose and a conventional UV(Ultra-Violet) hardening resin. A desired size SiO2 bead and the amount of it is scattered on a convey belt having a prism mold. The bead is made by a stober composition method, and high molecular substance used for prism is sprayed in progress direction of the convey belt and is harden so that a triangular frame is formed. In the next location of the progress direction of the conveyer belt, the cellulose film is combined with the prism sheet through a nozzle. The composite film is completed by binding the cellulose film with the prism sheet. |
